Womenswear OEM & ODM — Dongguan, China

Curve-first manufacturing for North American womenswear brands.

We build plus-size collections that actually fit — low minimums, fast sampling, and a pattern room that grades 14W through 24W properly instead of scaling up a straight-size block and hoping.

What we do

Three ways brands work with us

Most of our clients start with one style and one small run. That is the point — we are built for the order size that bigger factories turn down.

01

OEM — your patterns

You send tech packs and blocks. We cut, sew, finish and ship. Your fit stays your fit; we do not touch the pattern unless you ask us to.

02

ODM — our blocks

Start from our existing blocks for dresses, tops and skirts, adjust fabric and trim, and put your label in. Fastest route from idea to a sellable sample.

03

Replenishment

Small repeat runs between seasons, so a sold-out size or colour comes back in weeks rather than after the season ends.

The difference

Most factories treat plus as a size run. We treat it as a block.

Taking a size 8 pattern and adding 5 cm per step produces a garment that hangs wrong at the armhole and cuts in at the neck. Curve sizing needs its own block, its own grade rules, and at least two fittings before bulk.

  • Independent curve block Bust, waist and hip are graded separately. Armhole depth and neck opening are re-drafted, not scaled.
  • Two fit sessions before bulk One on the first sample, one after corrections — on a real fit model, not a mannequin.
  • Shrinkage and recovery tested Elastane fabrics are washed three times and measured, because a curve garment that grows 3 cm is a return.
How an order runs

From brief to bulk in four steps

STEP 01

Brief

Reference style, target FOB, quantity, size range, delivery window. We reply with a costed plan within two working days.

STEP 02

Block & sample

We draft or adapt the block, source the fabric, and ship a first sample with a full measurement sheet.

STEP 03

Fit session

You fit it on your model. We correct and re-sample. Curve styles get a second fitting before anything is cut.

STEP 04

Bulk & ship

Production, in-line and final inspection, then FOB Shenzhen or DDP to your 3PL — whichever your brand prefers.

Documentation

Paperwork prepared per order

North American brands get audited on labelling. We would rather prepare it up front than fix it at the port.

  • Fibre content and care labelling to FTC / TFPIA requirements
  • 16 CFR 1610 flammability testing through a third-party lab
  • California Prop 65 review where trims or prints require it
  • PFAS declaration from fabric mills for performance finishes
  • Factory audit support for the scheme your brand already uses

Send us a style and a target price.

We will come back with a costed sample plan — fabric options, MOQ, sampling time and a DDP price — within two working days.
