Block drafting, grading and marker making on site. We do not outsource your pattern, so a correction is a conversation rather than a two-week round trip.

We are set up for the order that is too small for a large factory and too technical for a trading company — typically 100–800 pcs per style, in two to four colourways.

Four things we keep in-house
Sample room
Dedicated sample machinists, separate from the bulk line. Samples do not queue behind a production run.
Cutting
Layered cutting with marker optimisation, so a 60-piece order still gets a sensible fabric yield rather than an uneconomic one-off cut.
Inspection
In-line check at the end of each operation, plus a final audit against your measurement sheet before packing.
Trims & labelling
We can apply your woven labels, care labels, hangtags and polybags — including size-banded packing for 3PL intake.
Documentation
Fibre content and care labelling, third-party lab testing, and the export paperwork your forwarder asks for.
Quality
Three checkpoints, not one
Final inspection alone finds problems too late. We check at the points where a defect is still cheap to fix.
- Incoming fabric Shade, weight, stretch and shrinkage checked against the approved swatch card before cutting.
- In-line Each operator checks the operation they just completed. A measurement chart hangs at every station for curve styles.
- Final audit Full measurement check on the sealed sample, then AQL inspection before cartons are closed.

We ship FOB Shenzhen / Yantian from Dongguan, or DDP to a US or Canadian 3PL if your brand would rather not manage Customs.
